Places & Travel
Travel educates and broadens the mind. In the past, travelling was time-consuming, cumbersome and simply impossible for most people, but today we are mobile and fast in almost every corner allover the world.
The American historian and Pulitzer Prize winner Daniel J. Boorstin made an appropriate distinction: "The traveler was active; he went strenuously in search of people, of adventure, of experience. The tourist is passive; he expects interesting things to happen to him. He goes'sight-seeing'."
Our travel photography is more oriented towards the traveler, whereby the tourist also has a right to exist.
